Late payments may result in paused work, withheld deliverables, or additional fees as outlined in your project contract.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide all necessary materials, feedback, and approvals promptly.

  • Ensure that all content supplied (text, images, videos, etc.) is owned or licensed for your use.

  • Not use our services for any illegal or unethical purposes.

Delays in providing required information may affect delivery timelines, for which Synco Labs will not be held responsible.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final website, app, or creative deliverables we produce specifically for you, excluding any third-party tools, plugins, or frameworks used to build the product.

Synco Labs retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All underlying code, frameworks, or proprietary methods remain the intellectual property of Synco Labs.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your confidentiality. All project information, business data, and proprietary materials you share will remain confidential and used solely for delivering agreed services.

8. Revisions and Changes

Each service includes a set number of revisions as defined in your project scope. Additional revisions or feature requests outside of scope may incur additional charges.

9. Third-Party Tools and Services

We may use third-party tools (e.g., hosting providers, APIs, analytics, ad platforms) as part of your project.
While we choose reliable partners, Synco Labs is not responsible for the performance, pricing, or availability of third-party services.
